As a future journalist, I frequent blogs and news sites. I also love to familiarize myself with the people that make the most impact in the world of media journalism, Anderson Cooper is one! This man delivers the news, not opinions and if he does, its on his OWN show. He's in Haiti right now with Dr. Sanjay Gupta and they're actually working and helping, not just reporting, in between news briefings/tapings, Dr.Gupta is said to be performing surgery on the injured, due to the lack of medical assistance being provided on site....this clips been on the web for a day or so, it shows Anderson carrying a young Haitian boy from the dangers of the looters. Its not even a minute long, but it made me tear up...so much devestation and this man is taped doing something heroic just because...big ups to an idol of mine ANDERSON COOPER!!!
